Three techies in Bangalore, far from their homes in Assam, Bengal, and Odisha, found themselves missing the authentic flavors of their native fare. Bonded by a shared nostalgia for the sweets and delicacies they grew up with, they realized that no place in the city quite captured the magic of their favorite Bengali desserts. This sparked the idea of The Rosogolla Factory—a venture to bring the authentic tastes of Bengal to the people of Bangalore.
With a passion for authenticity, they sought out the finest karigars and craftsmen from the heart of Bengal to recreate these traditional sweets, made with love, precision, and the freshest ingredients. From organic, micro-plastic-free cow's milk to meticulous quality checks, every detail is a nod to the culinary traditions of their homeland. Today, The Rosogolla Factory proudly serves the finest Bengali sweets, offering a taste of home to everyone who craves it.
